    Cancellation of pre-orders and event tickets will incur a 10% processing fee.

    Policy Exceptions

    Release date delays, product allocation issues, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors outside of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy.

    Resale/Speculative Orders

For sets that will not have an autograph card, a serial number card will be included to ensure collectability.
