    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellation of pre-orders and event tickets will incur a 10% processing fee.

    Quantity Reduction Policy

    Quantity reductions of pre-orders or event tickets will incur a 10% processing fee (based on the reduced quantity value). The fee is calculated based on the total original order value.

    Policy Exceptions

    Release date delays, product allocation issues, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors outside of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy.

    Resale/Speculative Orders

    Orders placed for multiple copies of a single item which are suspected to be for resale/speculative purposes may have their quantities reduced. Reductions made by Screen Free Games for this reason may also be subject to the 10% processing fee at management's discretion.

Tournament Rules

Format: Canadian Highlander at Competitive REL standards
Swiss Rounds: 3-4 rounds based on attendance
Round Length: 50 minutes per round
Time Procedure: When time is called, active player finishes their turn and game ends in a draw
Scoring: Wins = 3 points, Draws = 1 point, Byes = 3 points (win)
Rules Enforcement: Using Competitive MTR/IPG
Software: Challonge for pairings

Canadian Highlander Format Rules

100-card singleton format (no duplicates except basic lands)

10-point limit for the Points List (see official Canadian Highlander website for current points list)

No sideboard

No commanders

Starting life total: 20

Regular constructed Magic rules apply

Proxy Policy

This is a Proxy-friendly event. However, all proxies must meet these requirements:

Indistinguishable from real cards when sleeved (thickness and appearance)
Accurate card colors (matching the MTG color wheel)
Complete and accurate card text, name, mana cost, and other game information
High-quality, legible prints (no handwritten proxies)
