Build your strategy as you go in this competitive deck-building game for 2 to 4 players. Each turn, purchase new cards or upgrade the ones in your hand, then use their abilities to construct buildings, earn money and trigger scoring opportunities. Build floor by floor, even adding to existing structures, while carefully considering how residential, commercial, industrial and recreational areas interact. Landmarks and surrounding neighbourhoods all play a part in determining the value of your developments.
